The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®

23 - 25 November 2005 – Facilitated by Mr Delani Mthembu

Organisations that grow and thrive are those whose people live by the basic principles of high-performance:

·          High focus on mission and values with superb execution.

·          In great organisations, it’s the people who make the difference.

·          Do the people in your organisation make the difference?

·          Do they take responsibility for results, work with a clear purpose and have a toolkit to survive change?

·          Are they executing on their and the organisation’s top priorities?

·          Do they work collaboratively towards key goals and are they getting results?

No unit or organisation can truly succeed until the individuals within it master these critical issues.

Based on the best selling business book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®, The 7 Habits® process is a powerful learning experience that prepares people for success in these crucial areas. It teaches the repeatable and proven principles that, when consistently applied, result in high-performance people, teams and organisations. The 7 Habits® process has helped to transform thousands of organisations throughout the world by transforming the people upon whom they depend.
